Architectural Models

While the worth of a picture being one-thousand words is perhaps one of the most tired clichés there is, it is with very good reason. Great visual demand our attention, and great visuals can make all the difference. They can influence a decision, help shape a preference, or bridge the gap between imagination and reality. Few examples of the power of great visuals could be better than in the case of architectural models.

 

CAD, or more specific to the architecture industry CAAD is the modern staple for architects and firms as they create buildings, houses, and the like. The precision of drafting digitally revolutionized planning, analysis, and the actual design process,

3D Printing

Cardboard, wooden blocks, foam, and any of those CNC or made-by-hand methods and materials have set a standard for beautifully handcrafted models. 3D Printing, opens up possibilities that go even further. 

3D Printing Architectural models, especially using the 3D Systems Colorjet series of printers, or the Mcor Iris, creates the additional thrill of giving someone a photo-real taste
